Appledore Developments has won an esteemed award at the 2005 Evening Standard New Homes Awards ceremony that took place on 9th May at The Savoy Hotel, London. The Kent based developer walked away with the Best Apartment award in the 100 units or less category for the show apartment at Elmfield Place, Tenterden. The award is a fantastic achievement for Appledore Developments and recognises that the apartments at Elmfield Place offer flexible living in a stylish, spacious development.
