APPLEDORE CELEBRATES SUCCESSFUL OPEN WEEKEND IN MATFIELD

Appledore Developments Ltd has been toasting further success as it reserves another 2 homes at its picturesque Webb’s Orchard development in Matfield, Kent. This comes after the latest three homes were released for sale at a recent open weekend at this select development of seven luxury houses and five modern apartments.

All the homes are now ready to view and these new two reservations build on those 3 already sold. The open weekend was well received by homebuyers looking for a low maintenance lifestyle in an idyllic setting.

Yvette Brotherton, Sales and Marketing Director for Appledore Developments comments: “We’re delighted by the outstanding sales success that has been achieved at this exceptional development. This is unsurprising when you consider that the Council of Mortgage Lenders have confirmed a steady increase of 2% in the housing market over 2006. Most people are convinced that the housing market will continue to rise and therefore our sales figures have remained buoyant. Couple this with the development’s proximity to the historic spa town of Tunbridge Wells so it’s easy to see why these homes are proving so popular.”

All of the apartments and houses at Webb’s Orchard benefit from a fantastic specification with a range of integrated appliances by AEG in the designer kitchen, including an oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The bathrooms are fitted with contemporary white suites with complementary chrome fittings, a heated towel rail and stylish tiling. All of the properties are built to sympathetically reflect the surrounding Kent countryside, with traditional exteriors.

There are still a few 1 and 2 bedroom apartments remaining, with prices starting from £195,000. Prices start from £350,000 for the remaining houses.
