Appledore Developments is an award-winning family run business based in Kent. We specialise in developing new homes throughout Kent and the South East.

Our years of experience in the housebuilding industry mean that we only ever deliver the best quality and service.

And because we are a smaller business, we are able to provide a personal service to all of our customers. So when you buy one of our homes you’ll be looked after by the same members of our team from the start of the process right to the end.

Our ethos

We have a commitment to create new homes that benefit both the community and the environment.

At planning stage we work with residents and local authorities to find out what the community needs.

When designing we work with local architects and planning officers to ensure what we create is sympathetic to the local vernacular, sourcing local materials to achieve this.

In addition to this, many of our developments to date have been built on brownfield sites. This approach not only protects our countryside but helps sustain local communities.

And it is important to us that we are considerate of the environment throughout the entire process, re-using as much demolition material as possible, maintaining or replacing planting, road cleaning and ensuring pollution control.
