Appledore Developments endeavour, where possible, to regenerate disused land and buildings.
Many of Appledore’s developments have been built on brownfield sites, such as disused factories, petrol garages and schools, which would otherwise face further disrepair or demolition.
Breathing new life into these buildings whilst retaining their character and charm has earned us an outstanding reputation for restoration and conversion.
Working with the community and authorities
We work closely with local residents and authorities to ensure that what we develop is what the local community wants and needs.
It is important to us that we design each development to reflect its architectural and historical surroundings, in order to add value to both the environment and the community.
Appledore is considerate of the environment, before, during and after its time on-site. This means re-using as much demolition material as possible, maintaining or replacing planting, road cleaning and pollution control.
